We are a small family run business and a franchised Royal Enfield, Benelli and MBP retailer. Our success is built off the back of happy returning customers and we do our best to ensure every experience with Holywood service station is a good one. It is inevitable that from time to time the odd mistake can happen and your experience may not have been quite the standard it usually is. If this is the case please get in touch and raise the issue with us. We will do our best to rectify any shortfall in our usual high quality of trading and workmanship. 

As a retailer our products are bound by the 2015 consumer rights act and this ensures you as the buyer receive goods that are of suitable quality.

Purchasing a New Motorcycle

Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before heading to the checkout on the online shop. We cannot accept a return of a New motorcycle for full refund after it has been registered and taxed.

Purchasing a used vehicle & Used vehicle Warranty

All used vehicles are sold in a used condition. When you buy a used vehicle, You must satisfy yourself with the condition of the goods before purchase, Therefore we strongly suggest you view and drive the vehicles before purchasing.


We will not refund or compensate for wear and tear on a used vehicle... for example minor body damage or imperfections, air conditioning leaks, worn Tyres, clutches etc. All vehicles sold are fully inspected in our workshop for mechanical defects & valeted, where advertised they will receive an Oil service, Inspection and MOT to ensure you get the most out of the vehicle.


We want you to know your car is roadworthy and to a standard you would expect. This does not mean the vehicle will be maintenance free. All vehicles including new vehicles require a degree of maintenance to ensure they run at their optimum performance, efficiency and reliability.


Used vehicles are supplied with a 1-month HSS warranty for mechanical failures. This does not include damage, abuse, neglect or any wear and tear items. It also does not include any accessories fitted to any vehicle. Accessories if fitted to a vehicle are left on a machine for the new owners benefit and are free of charge but can be removed if desired by prior arrangement at time of purchase.


Any issues with vehicles must be raised without delay. additional damages caused by continuing to drive the vehicle will be treated as damage and will not be covered.

We can supply RAC warranty for used cars & vans up to 10 years of age at additional cost. Please speak to a sales representative if you wish to take one out.

Try before you buy

We usually stock a full range of demonstrator motorcycles and would advise a  test ride is carried out before purchase. Test rides are subject to check of driving license and proof of address. For insurance purposes we will only allow full license holders to road test our vehicles, this includes A2 holders for suitable machines.

Be aware that whilst we do have stock of the majority of Royal Enfield, Benelli and MBP motorcycles in various colors and specifications we cannot possibly stock every option available. Bikes that are in stock with us will usually be delivered to you within 10-14 days bikes that are not in stock in the shop may take up to 4 weeks before we receive them and will take another 7 days to prepare (Register, P.D.I, Tax and Valet). To avoid any disappointment please contact the shop to check availability levels.

Motorcycles purchased online will be delivered by ourselves not a courier. We will contact you the day before delivery to confirm estimated time and confirm delivery arrangements. You will need to be present with proof of Identity and address for us to deliver the motorcycle.


All New Royal Enfield Motorcycles come with a warranty usually valid for 3 years from date of registration, Benelli and MBP 2 years. The warranty will cover any defects in manufacturing or replacement of any prematurely failed items but is limited to the terms in your handbook and does not cover neglect, abuse, damage or wear and tear items. You will also be required to keep the bike maintained in accordance with the bikes maintenance schedule and may be asked for proof in the event of a claim.

Service Plans

Service plans purchased online will cover the standard annual service x3 plus one MOT. This will be carried out in our workshop using Royal Enfield parts. The service plan is not valid at any other Royal Enfield Retailer or MOT testing station. It is possible to purchase this and apply it to any age of Royal Enfield up to 20 years. It does not cover additional items such as sparking plugs or air filters and does not cover wear and tear items such as Tyres, brakes, bearings, oil seals etc. The service plan is only valid for one Motorcycle.

Purchasing other goods online

Please ensure you are happy with any purchases online, check the sizing. We do recommend trying on clothing and helmets first. We cannot accept returns unless they are undamaged, in the original packaging and fit for resale.


For small goods and accessories, we use Royal Mail recorded delivery. This will mean usually you will need to be home to sign for the goods. Please bear this in mind when ordering, we cannot accept any damage to goods whilst in transit with the courier. Goods that are in stock normally take 2-5 days to get to you. Any items purchased that are not in stock May take up to 4 weeks. We will endeavor to keep you updated.


All vehicles needing to be seen in our workshop need to book an appointment, please do so via telephone or by calling into the shop to schedule and appointment. We cannot accept walk ins as we only have a small team and this may delay other people's appointments who have already booked.

Courtesy Vehicle

A courtesy bike is in active service for the workshop but is operated first come first serve basis, if you require use of it please make this clear when booking as we cannot guarantee it will be available otherwise. Courtesy bike terms and conditions apply. Please speak to a member of staff for more information. 

Shop Rides

Rides arranged by the shop are social gatherings for anyone to come along and enjoy. The shop will accept no liability for accidents, injury or damages occurred while attending a ride. By turning up for a ride it is assumed you and your motorcycle are covered by your own insurance policy, if not you will personally be liable. When taking part it is expected that all riders will abide by the highway code and the laws of the road, We also accept no liability for road conditions. Please maintain a safe distance from the rider in front and allow time to make road position adjustments to allow for potholes etc. When riding it is also important to remember that you and only you are responsible for your actions! You may be following someone, but it is important still to ride safely the leader of the ride will regroup where possible so do not make rash decisions in the fear of loosing the group. Make safe decisions. Please ride to your ability not to the ability of others as this is how accidents occur. The leader will always ride to the ability of the slowest rider.


Your privacy is important, you should know our website does use cookies in order to improve your expericne. We do not use this information for marketing. When you make a purchase from us or a booking with us we will retrieve data from you about you and your vehicle. We will not use this information for anything other than contacting you regarding your order or to liaise with you about your vehicle. We do not share any information with third parties other than finance companies, the DVSA or any part suppliers and manufacturers, in most cases however it is usually vehicle details and they will not hold this information.

*Holywood service station is a finance broker not a lender. We operate in accordance with the FCA. Applications for finance are subject to acceptance by a financial lender, Applicants must be U.K. Nationals, 18+ Years of age and may be asked for proof of income, address, identity etc.

Before considering financing a new vehicle please consider your financial circumstances and whether or not you will be able to keep up with payments. Missed payments or inability to pay can result in negative impact on credit scores, fees being added and goods being removed.
